Rabindra Kumar Ojha (Cuttack) emerged champion in the Laxmisagar Open Chess Tournament, which concluded at the Community in Bhubaneswar yesterday. Ojha finished with the highest score of 6.5 in the seven-round competition. Sailendra Nath Rout finished runner-up with six points.
