*     On 8 April 2023, Odisha Government signed a MoU with steel manufacturing company, Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel India (AM/NS India) to set up the High Performance Centre (HPC) in Bhubaneswar and three academies in Puri, Jeypore and Rourkela.
*     According to the MoU, Odisha Government will create and maintain the infrastructure, while AM/NS India will operate and manage these centres and train gymnasts.
*     Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik inaugurated the HPC at Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar on 18 July 2023.
*     Former French Olympic gymnast Thierry Aymes joined the HPC as MAG Head Coach in February 2024.
