DESCRIPTION:
*     Four zonal teams would compete in this tournament.
*     The 15-member East Zone team will be led by Odisha and Utkal University allrounder Kartik Biswal.
*     Shibasish Sahoo of KIIT University is another Odisha players who has been selected in the East Zone team.
