HOST: Football Association of Odisha (FAO), under the aegis of All India Football Federation (AIFF).

DESCRIPTION:
*     As many as 10 clubs, including one from Odisha, will be participating in the Preliminary Round.
*     Teams have been divided into two groups and the top finisher from each group will qualify for the Final Round.
*     Rising Student Football Club (Cuttack, Odisha), has been placed in Group A along with Royal Wahingdoh FC (Manipur), Alakhpura FC (Haryana), Quartz FC (Kerala) and Bodyline FC (Maharashtra)
*     Group B has been formed with Eastern Sporting Union FC (Manipur), Guwahati Women FC (Assam), Jeppiyar Institute FC (Pondicherry), Sudeva Moonlight FC (Delhi) and UPFC (Uttar Pradesh).
*     All the matches will be played at Reserve Police Ground, Cuttack.
