DESCRIPTION:
*     Three players from Odisha have been selected represent India in this championship.
*     The three are: mid-fielder Banya Kabiraj (Sports Hostel, Bhubnaeswar), defender Susmita Tanty (Sports Hostel, Sundargarh) and forward Nikita Bishi (Baragarh).
*     As many as five players from Odisha had joined preparatory camp of the Indian probables, held at Gandhi Nagar (Gujarat) from March 7 to April 20.
*     Among them, goalkeeper Namita Panna (Sundargarh) and forward Deepa Nayak (Cuttack) failed to make it to the Indian team, which will be led by Y Thailand Devi of Manipur with Banya Kabiraj as her deputy.
*     Former Odisha and India captain Sradhanjali Samantray, who also possesses an AFC-B coaching license, will accompany the Indian team as assistant coach.
