DESCRIPTION:
*     The tournament will feature competition for both men and women and India will compete in both the categories.
*     Rani Rampal will lead the Indian women team, which includes six from Odisha.
*     Odisha players are: defenders Deep Grace Ekka, Namita Toppo and Rashmita Minz; mid-fielder Lilima Minz and forwards Punam Barla and  Poonam Barla.
*     Altogether six teams will compete in women section of the tournament and teams include host Netherlands, Indian, England, New Zealand, Germany and China.
*     Indian women team will be playing their opening match against Netherlands.
*     Indian women finished third in the tournament with two wins, three defeats and one draw.
*     Volvo International Tournament will be followed by the 7th Women Asia Cup, slated to be held in Changzhou, China from September 5-13, 2015.

*     Harjeet Singh will lead the Indian men team, which includes three from Odisha.
*     Odisha players are: goalkeeper Suraj Karkera, defenders Dipsan Tirkey and Anand Lakra.
*     Skilful defender Dipsan Tirkey is the vice-vaptain and Harendra Singh is the coach of the team.
*     Six teams will also compete in men section Netherlands and they are: India, Germany, England, Belgium and New Zealand.
*     Indian men team will be playing their first match against Germany on July 18.
*     The Volvo tournament will provide a testing platform to the U-21 men team, who are even gearing-up from the upcoming Men’s Junior Asian Cup to be held in Malaysia and the FIH Junior World Cup 2016 (Men) 2016.
*     It will be followed by the FIH Junior World Cup 2016 (Men) from 01 to 11 December 2016.

INDIAN WOMEN TEAM: Goalkeepers: Inderpreet Kaur, Sheweta. Defenders: Deep Grace Ekka, Namita Toppo, Gurjit Kaur, Jaspreet Kaur, Manjit Kaur, Rashmita Minz. Mid-fielders: M Lily Chanu, Lilima Minz, Navjot Kaur, Renuka Yadav, Preeti Dubey. Forwards: Anupa Barla, Rani Rampaul, Poonam Barla, Navneet Kaur, Navpreet Kaur.

July 19:
Netherlands (Carmen Wijsman 33rd-FG) beat Indian 1-0.
July 21: India (Renuka Yadav 14th-FG, Anupa Barla 17th-PC, Jaspreet Kaur 41st-FG, Lilima Minz 56th-FG) drew with Germany (Elisia Grave 10th-FG, Kira Horn 10th-FG, Tessa Margot 54th-FG, Anne Winter 68th-PS) 4-4.
July 23: China (Mang Yuan 16th-FG, 69th-FG; Mengling Zhong 20th-FG, Zixia Ou 51st-PC, ) beat India (Punam Barla 9th-FG, Anupa Barla 66th-PC) 4-2.
July 24: India (Rani Rampal 5th-FG, 30th-FG, 40th-PC; Navneet Kaur 9th-FG, Anupa Barla 46th-FG, Lily Mayengbam 70th-FG) beat New Zealand (Pippa Norman 53rd-PC) 6-1.
July 25: England (Kate Holmes 47th-FG) beat India 1-0.
July 26: India (Punam Barla 31st-FG, Deep Grace Ekka PSO) beat England (Hannah Martin 68th-PC) 2-1 in penalty shoot out (Full time 1-1).

July 21: Belgium (Tom Degroote 42nd-FG, Tanguy Zimmer 55th-PC, Xavier Deruyttere 62nd-PC) beat India (Harmanpreet Singh 48th-PC) 3-1.
July 22: Netherlands (Bram van Groesen 18th-PS, 57th-FG) beat India (Armaan Qureshi 59th-FG) 2-1.
