STATE:
*     Won medals several medals in Odisha State Wushu Championships.

NATIONAL:
*     Won the Silver medal at the Sub-junior National Championship, held in Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu in 2022.

INTERNATIONAL:
*     Won the Gold medal in 42kg sanda event of the 11th Asian Junior Wushu Championships, held in Macau, China on 19 August 2023.

OTHER IMPORTANT DATA:
*     Ramesh owes his success to coach and mentor Pankaj Mahanta, a well-known martial art instructor.
*     Mahanta took Ramesh under his wings when the boy was in primary school.
*     He not only trained him at DMF Wushu Stadium in Barbil, but also arranged sponsorship for his academic studies and wushu training from Indian steel company, Jindal Steel & Power Limited.
*     Ramesh joined the newly set up Jindal Sports Hostel, Barbil in July 2023.
