*     Crowned champion in the Falcon-BSAO 1st All-Odisha Open 6-Red Snooker Tournament at Bhubaneswar Club, Bhubaneswar on 9 March 2024.
*     Bagged a double by winning both the billiards and snooker titles in the 28th Odisha State Senior Billiards & Snooker Championship at Cuttack Club in Cuttack on 29 October and 6 November 2022 respectively.
*     Won his 4th State senior billiards crown in the 27th All-Odisha State Senior Billiards & Snooker Championship at Cuttack Club, Cuttack on 7 November 2021.
*     Won the title and a cash prize of Rs 15,000 in the 1st Golden King All Odisha Open 6-Red Snooker Tournament at Golden King Snooker Parlour in Cuttack on Sept 24, 2017. Also pocketed two more prizes, amounting to Rs 7,000 for scoring highest break of 75 at the league stage.
*     Retained the senior billiards title in the 23rd State Billiards & Snooker Championship, held at Vintage Club in Bhubaneswar from Nov 16 to 22, 2016.
*     Won the title in the 2nd GKSC All-Odisha Open Snooker Tournament, held at Golden King Snooker Club in Cuttack from Aug 5 to 9, 2016.
*     Bagged a quadruple by winning titles in junior and senior billiards and snooker categories of the 22nd State Cuesports Championship at Vintage Club in Bhubaneswar on Dec 8, 2015.
*     Regained the junior billiards and snooker titles in the 22nd Odisha State Billiards & Snooker Championship, held at Vintage Club in Bhubaneswar on August 13 and 14, 2015.
*     Finished runner-up in the 5th MIET All-Odisha Open Snooker Tournament at Vintage Club in Bhubaneswar on Dec 25, 2014.
*     Bagged an unprecedented five titles by emerging champion in sub-junior, junior, senior  billiards and sub-junior, junior snooker categories of the 20th State Billiards & Snooker Championship, held at at Cue Sport Academy in Bhubaneswar from Nov 22 to Dec 1, 2013.
*     Bagged a double by regaining the junior snooker crown and winning junior billiards crown for the third time in a row in the 19th State Billiards & Snooker Championship, which concluded at Cuttack Club in Cuttack on Nov 25, 2012.
*     Won the junior title and finished runner-up in the sub-junior category of the Cue Club Open Snooker Tournament at Bhubaneswar on July 8, 2012.
*     Bagged a double by winning the sub-junior snooker and junior billiards categories in the 18th State State Cuesports Championship at Cue Club in Bhubaneswar on December 6, 2011.
*     Achieved a hat-trick by winning titles in junior billiards, junior snooker and sub-junior billiards categories of the 17th State Championship at Bhubaneswar on June 18, 2011.
*     Finished junion snooker runner-up in the 16th State Billiards and Snooker Championship at Cuesport Academy in Bhubaneswar on July 3, 2010.
*     Bagged a double by winning both the sub-junior titles in the 15th State Billiards & Snooker Championship at Cuesport Academy in Bhubaneswar on July 26, 2009.

NATIONAL:
*     Created history, knocking out 18-time world champion Pankaj Advani in Round-32 of the 85th Senior National Snooker Championship, held at Bangalore from January 8 to 26, 2018.
*     Won junior snooker title and finished junior billiards runner-up in the Indian National Billiards & Snooker Championship, held at PYC Hindu Gymkhana in Pune from Jan 12 to Feb 2, 2017.
*     Finished runner-up in the 41st Junior National Snooker Championship, held at Indore (MP) from January 18 to 20, 2016.
*     He made cuesports history for Odisha by winning three titles (sub-junior snooker, sub-junior billiards, junior snooker) in the National Billiards and Snooker Championship at Lucknow on February 14 to March 7, 2014.
*     Regained the sub-junior snooker title, defeating Hritik Jain (MP)3-1 in the final of the Manisha National Billiards & Snooker Championship at Jiwaji University in Gwalior (MP) on January 30, 2013.
*     Won the snooker title, but lost his billiards crown in the 7th Sub-junior National Championship at Chennai from July 19-22, 2011.
*     Became the first ever National cuesports champion from Orissa by winning the Sub-junior National billiards title at Pune in August 2010.

INTERNATIONAL:
*     Participated in the 4th Indian Open World Professional Snooker Ranking Tournament, held at Visakhapatnam from Sept 12 to 16, 2017 and lost to Andrew Higginson in the qualifying round.
*     Achieved the biggest success of his career by reaching quarterfinals of the World U-21 Snooker Championship, held at Mol in Belgium from August 20-25, 2016.
*     Reached pre-quarterfinals in the Asian Under-21 Snooker Championship, which took place at Colombo (Sri Lanka) from March 1, 2016.
*     Ashutosh Phady Beat Gabriel Martins Campos (Brazil) 4-2 to advance to the round of 32 where he lost 1-5 to Ireland`s Josh Boileau in the men`s category of the IBSF World Under-21 Snooker Championships at Al Fujairah, UAE on May 16, 2014.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
*     On 9 March 2024, Billiards & Snooker Association of Odisha president Tara Ranjan Patnaik felicitated him with a cash award of Rs 1 lakh at Bhubaneswar Club, Bhubaneswar.
*     Became the fourth cueist after Geet Sethi, Pankaj Advani and Dhvaj Haria to win a hat-trick of titles in the same National championship. He achieved the feat at Lucknow in February, 2014.
*     A good footballer as well, he represented DPS Kalinga in School National Championship.
