*     Represented Orissa in Sub-junior (u-17) National Championship twice at Uthagamandalam, Tamil Nadu in 2003 and at Dindigul, Tamil Nadu in 2004.
*     Represented Orissa in School National Championship at Goa in 2005.
*     Represented Orissa in Junior (u-19) National Championship four times at Assam (2004), Haldwani (2005), Rourkela (2006), Dindigul (2007).
*     Represented Orissa in Senior National Championship three times at Bhopal (2004), Rourkela (2007) and Haldia in West Bengal (2008).
*     Scored 21 goals in seven matches to help Orissa finish runners-up in the 18the Senior Women`s National Championship at Imphal in March, 2010.
*     Helped Orissa win gold medal in the 34th National Games at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand on February 17, 2011.
*     Scored 14 goals in seven matche and helped Orissa win their maiden title in the Senior Women`s National Football Championship at Bhilai on May 18, 2011.

INTERNATIONAL:
*     Scored around 40 goals in 38 games for India (2007-17).
*     She was a member of the Indian women football team that won gold medal in the 12th South Asian Games at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Shillong, Meghalaya on Feb 15, 2016.
*     Resented India in the 17th Asian Games at Incheon (South Korea). Played three matches against Maldives, South Korea and Thailand and scored five goals against Maldives on Sept 14, 2014.
*     Represented India in the AFC Women’s Asian Cup (Qualifiers), which was held in Palestine from May 21, 2013.
*     Helped India win the inaugural SAFF Women`s Football Championship, defeating Nepal 1-0 in the final in Bangladesh on Dec 23, 2010.
*     Helped India win gold medals in the 11th South Asian Games women’s football tournament in Dhakka, Bangladesh on February 8, 2010. In five matches, she scored five goals, including one against Sri Lanka, two against Pakistan, two against Nepal.
*     Represented India sub-junior team at South Korea in 2005.
*     Represented India junior team four times at China (2004), Malaysia (2006), Kirgizistan (2006) and Malaysia (2007).
*     Represented Indian senior team twice at South Korea (2007) and Iran (2007).
*     Made her Senior International debut against Iran in 2007.

*     She is the second player from Odisha after Shradhanjali Samantray to captain the Indian team.
*     Married Jitendra Kumar Mallick on 12 May, 2017.
*     Scoring four goals against Kirgizistan in a junior international match at New Delhi in 2006 remains the best performance till date.
*     Named captain of Indian women`s football team on September 10, 2011 for a three-match friendly series against Bahrain in Bahrain.
*     She fell in love with football at the age of 11 when she went with her father Yudhisthir Mallik to watch a local tournament. Since then, she has never looked back.
*     She idolises Bhaichung Bhutia and Lionel Messi (Argentina).
