Hockey Association of Odisha has entered the quarterfinals of the 16th Hockey India Junior Men National Championship (Division-A), winning both of their Pool-B league matches in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. After defeating Dadra Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu 4-2 yesterday, Odisha beat Manaipur 4-1 today to finish at the top of the pool.

Deepak Pradhan is leading an 18-member Odisha Junior (U-18) Men Team with Lakshmi Narayana Pitti as the coach. As many as nine players from Odisha Naval Tata Hockey High Performance Centre have been included in the Odisha team.

2 August 2026 (Pool-B league match): Hockey Association of Odisha (Leisan Minz 13-PC, 44-PC, Bilkan Oram 25-PC, Mohan Krishna 41-FG) beat Manipur Hockey (Harish Singh Leitanthem 38-FG) 4-1. PoM: Mohan Krishna.
