Organised by Badminton Development Committee Cuttack (BDCC), under the auspices of Odisha State Badminton Association (OSBA), the tournament carried cash prizes only for five U-13 events.

Odisha Association for Rowing & Sculling Secretary Binod Dash graced the closing ceremony and handed over cash prizes. OSBA Secretary Nileen Kumar, BDCC chairman Kartik Das and organizing secretary Kamal Das were present on the occasion.

U-9 Boys Singles: G Gautam (Balangir) beat Avik Mohanty (Bhubaneswar) 21-12, 21-8.
U-9 Girls Singles: Aaradhana Bebarta (Koraput) beat Shreeja Mohapatra (Bhubaneswar) 21-8, 21-9.
U-11 Boys Singles: Ayank Sahu (Sambalpur) beat Harshit Behera (Cuttack) 21-11, 21-12.
U-11 Girls Singles: Anvita Praharaj (Bhubaneswar) beat Samrudhi Raj Bishwal (Bhubaneswar) 27-25, 20-22, 21-16.
U-13 Boys Singles: Ojodeep Majhi (Balasore) beat Ayank Sahu (Sambalpur) 21-7, 21-12.
U-13 Girls Singles: Jessica Sahu (Bhadrak) beat Aksheet Mohanty (Angul) 21-15, 21-8.
U-13 Boys Doubles: Natahaniel Redden-Ojodeep Majhi (Khordha-Balasore) beat Ayank Sahu-Harshit Behera (Sambalpur-Cuttack) 21-15, 21-6.
U-13 Girls Doubles: Nimeesha Ojha-Swati Nayak (Bhubaneswar-Cuttack) beat Buddupu Laxmi Reddy-Jessica Sahu (Bhadrak) 21-8, 21-10.
U-13 Mixed Doubles: Ojodeep Majhi-Larissa Sahoo (Balasore-Bhubaneswar) beat Buddupu Praneeth Reddy-Jessica Sahu (Bhadrak) 22-24, 21-14, 21-19.
