The womens champion and runners-up teams were given Rs 4,000 and Rs 3,000 respectively. Former basketball players were felicitated on the occasion. Twenty mens teams and six womens teams participated in this one-day tournament, which was organised by Cuttack Basketball Association.

State Bank of India AGM Bhabani Shanka Mohanty graced the opening ceremony as chief guest. Cuttack Deputy Police Commissioner Prateek Singh, Odisha Basketball Association Secretary Ashok Kumar Sahu handed over the trophies at the presentation ceremony.
