  Kiba Inu becomes new sponsor of Odisha FC

Odisha FC today announced cryptocurrency coin Kiba Inu as a new sponsor for the rest of the ongoing Hero Indian Super League season. Kiba Inu branding will feature prominently on the chest of first-team players of Odisha FC.

JERRY BECOMES NEW CAPTAIN: On 6th January 2022, Odisha FC appointed Jerry Mawihmingthanga as a captain for the remainder of the ISL season. Jerry was the top performer for the side in the last game against Mumbai City FC, scoring two goals and assisting in the one which was scored by Jonathas De Jesus.

VINIT RAI LEAVES ON LOAN: On 5th January 2022, Vinit Rai of Odisha FC left the Bhubaneswar-based IST team to join Mumbai FC on loan till the end of the season. The 24-year-old mid-fielder has played 70 ISL matches so far in his career representing Kerala Blasters, Delhi Dynamos and Odisha FC. He has been a part of the Odisha FC since its inception in 2019 and was selected as one of the captains in the ongoing eighth season of the League.

SAJID DHOT MOVES TO CHENNAIYIN FC: On 2nd January 2022, defender Mohammad Sajid Dhot made a permanent move to Chennaiyin FC in the January transfer window. The 24-year-old defender has played 23 matches in the League so far representing Odisha FC and Delhi Dynamos in four seasons.

NIKHIL PRABHU ROPED IN ON LOAN: On 30th December 2021, Odisha FC announced that it had reached an agreement with Hyderabad FC over the loan, with an option for a permanent transfer, deal of 21-year-old defender Nikhil Prabhu. He will be representing the Bhubaneswar-based side till the end of the ongoing Indian Super League (Hero ISL) 2021-22.
