All 15 office-bearers of Odisha Athletic Association, including all-powerful secretary Asirbad Behera, were today elected unopposed for a four-year term. This was disclosed by election officer Rasmi Ranjan Samantray after scrutiny of nomination papers at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack. The formal announcement of results will be made at the annual general meeting on September 21.

Secretary Behera, representing Cuttack District Athletic Association, retained his post for the sixth time, while president Jagmohan Pattnaik of Kalahandi District Athletic Association, did so for the  first time.
